The Blair Project is an innovative social enterprise working to fill the UK’s tech and digital skills shortage by equipping disadvantaged young people (14-19) in former mining areas with the technical and vocational skills they need to progress to well-paid jobs, careers and brighter futures. We inspire learning through a powerful combination of motorsport and digital technologies such as 3D printing. Set up by the family of an army veteran, we were given the Royal Seal of Approval by HRH Prince Harry in 2016.

Successful women's business networking group Unique Ladies Network is coming to Preston. Launched in March 2015 the group has quickly established itself as a favourite networking group amongst business women in Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Olive Branch Fostering are an independent fostering agency based in Greater Manchester. They are linking with the College for Military Veterans and Emergency Services (CMVES) to raise awareness among military personnel and the veteran community about becoming approved foster carers.
